If you would like to request cancellation, withdrawal, or return review for an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the email used at checkout.

How To Submit

Please include the following information when contacting support:

• Full name
• Email address used at checkout
• Reason for request
• Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Processing

We will review your request and reply with the next steps. If your order has already shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the request may need to follow the return process.

Item Condition

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible.
